	Established in 2000, using 30 years of experience in building and construction, TenDean Ltd. has now evolved into a bespoke quality new home developer in Ross-on-Wye, Coleford, The Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, and now in the Monmouthshire/Gwent area.
	TenDean Ltd. also undertakes extensions or complete new build projects for clients, and is happy to assist by providing the correct professional support from start to finish.

All our new homes come with a NHBC 10 year Buildmark warranty

Buildmark is the name of NHBC's 10-year warranty and insurance cover for newly-built or newly-converted residential homes registered with NHBC. It is not a legal requirement, but valued by all mortgage lenders because it proves that the property has been built to very high construction standards and adhere to British Standards and Building Regulations.
