Complete a Level 2 NVQ to apply for the blue Skilled Worker card, or a Level 3 NVQ to apply for a gold card.
Please note: TenDean provides NVQ training and assessment only – we do not issue CSCS cards. Once you have your NVQ certificate, you apply for your card directly with CSCS.

We had a really successful apprenticeship open day on the 9th of September 2025 here at SQS. We had 36 attendees and 18 were successful in their interviews and will join the SQS Highway Maintenance apprenticeship scheme in October 2025. Well done to everyone who attended!

TenDean is a well-established private training provider in London specialising in construction, highways maintenance, and health and safety. All trainers and assessors have extensive work experience and knowledge of their sector. TenDean Directors have over 30 years’ experience in construction and training.
Our construction apprenticeship provision is based on demand from both large and small developers and builders. Working with the highways sector, we are currently delivering apprenticeship training for major highway maintenance companies.
